All products with custom designs, personal text, or personalized elements are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Standard items may be returned only if they meet our strict return criteria within the 7-day return window.
Return Policies
Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted under very specific conditions. All items must meet strict criteria to be eligible for return.
- •Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- •Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery (not order date)
- •Custom-designed items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- •Items with any signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible
- •Original packaging must be intact and included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items and situations are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.
- •All custom-designed products (items with your personal designs)
- •Items that have been worn, washed, or used in any way
- •Items without original tags or packaging
- •Items damaged by customer misuse or negligence
- •Sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts
- •Items returned after the 7-day return window
- •Items that have been personalized or customized beyond standard options
Return Process
All return requests must follow our strict process. Failure to comply will result in return denial.
- •Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
- •RA numbers are valid for 5 business days only
- •Items must be shipped back within 5 business days of receiving RA number
- •Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- •Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- •All returns must include original invoice or order confirmation
Refund Policies

Refunds are only issued for eligible returns that pass our strict inspection process.
- •Refunds are only processed after item inspection and approval
- •Inspection can take 5-10 business days after we receive the return
- •Refunds are issued to original payment method only
- •Processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days after approval
- •Original shipping costs are never refunded

Partial Refunds
Items that do not meet our return standards may receive partial refunds or be denied entirely.
- •Items with minor defects may receive partial refunds at our discretion
- •Items that show any signs of use will be denied and returned to customer at customer's expense
- •Items missing tags or packaging may receive reduced refunds
- •All decisions are final and non-negotiable
Return Process
Request Return Authorization
Contact customer support within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. RA numbers are valid for 5 business days only.
Ship Item Back
Package item in original packaging with all tags attached. Include RA number and original invoice. Ship within 5 business days of receiving RA number. You are responsible for all shipping costs.
Inspection & Decision
We inspect returned items (5-10 business days). Items must meet all return criteria. If approved, refund is processed (7-14 business days). If denied, item is returned to you at your expense. All decisions are final.
